0900: Chicken Salad Sandwich, cheese, water

1500: Meal
Vitamins

1530-1630: Clean House

1700: Push-Ups and Sit-Ups, 4 sets of 60 seconds
10 minute warm-up, 5 x 400 track repeats (02:03), 10 minute cool-down

1800: Meal
Vitamins

2000: Meditation/Bible/Prepare for tomorrow

2100: Bed
