Slow-cooker barbecue chicken/w beans?? You use a crockpot??? I am impressed!! I LOVE my crockpot! My fav crock-pot meal is roast w/ potatoes, carrots and onions. The whole family goes nutzo!

Oh, yeah! The slow-cooker is the healthiest way to cook; the lower the temperature at which food is prepared, the fewer nutrients are destroyed in the cooking. That's also why I soft-boil, rather than hard-boil, my eggs.

That roast sounds good!
