APFT Training, October 2008

My APFT training for October 2008 will follow this schedule:

Tuesday:
50 single-count push-ups
2.25 mile Interval Run

Wednesday:
50 single-count sit-ups
2 mile Tempo run

Thursday:
50 single-count push-ups
6.5 mile Distance run

Friday:
50 single-count sit-ups
2.25 mile Interval Run

Saturday:
50 single-count push-ups
2 mile Tempo Run

Sunday:
50 single-count sit-ups
6.5 miles Distance Run
