I am seriously thinking about going on a fast from chocolate.... But I don't know if I am strong enough.
The important thing to remember about fasting is its really about BUILDING willpower. If you fall off the wagon, get back on until the duration you set is over. Just because you can't finish it perfectly, doesn't mean you can't finish it.
Then, there's always NEXT time.
Well, I am thinking of starting with 4 days. Because I start to feel nutty after 3 days without chocolate.
I am scared!
